We want to provide you with excellent customer service if you need to return your Seabreeze Supply Co Product. Please follow this procedure as it will enable us to give you up to date information as soon as you call.
Returns for Warranty
Before returning any items, please make sure you have R.A #. (Return Authorization Number).
This is basically your tracking number. Return Authorisation number’s (RA#’s) must be issued by Seabreeze Supply Co. Contact us via phone or e-mail.

Your full name, your delivery address, your contact phone number, what Seabreeze Supply Co. product you are returning and what is the fault?
All returns are best sent directly to Seabreeze Supply Co. Please use the street address above for the most prompt service. Make sure you use a traceable method of return e.g. courier or Registered Post. We cannot be responsible for lost packages. Please also ensure that your Seabreeze Supply Co. product is packaged well to avoid damage in transit (A box is best). Seabreeze Supply Co. takes no responsibility for items damaged in transit.

Seabreeze Supply Co. will assess your product, and then advise you of the outcome. .
Seabreeze Supply Co. will do our best to turn around the return within 7 – 10 business days of receiving the return (depending on problem).
Seabreeze Supply Co. reserves the right to any decision on a faulty item.
Your benefits under this Seabreeze Supply Co. warranty are in addition to your other rights and remedies under a law in relation to this product. Our goods come with guarantees that cannot be excluded under the Australian Consumer Law. You are entitled to a replacement or refund for a major failure and for compensation for any other reasonably foreseeable loss or damage. You are also entitled to have the goods repaired or replaced if the goods fail to be of acceptable quality and the failure does not amount to a major failure.
